On June 13, 2009 at 1 PM, the Museum welcomed the Rack of Bones trombone choir for a very special performance.  This trombone choir from the Coastal Communities Concert Band, consists of 12 of the finest trombone musicians in San Diego.  They play a variety of music from marches to jazz.  This array of musical styles helps demonstrate the capabilities and range of the trombone.  This performance included marches, music from movies and Broadway as well as the big band era.
